Energy stability is considered as the core challenge of Wireless Sensor Networks (WSNs) it main factor that contributes towards improved network lifetime expectancy. Clustering with maximized energy efficiency determined to be well documented NP hard optimization solution has possibility resulting in prolonged lifetime. Diversified number computational approaches includes nature inspired metaheuristic algorithms, reinforcement schemes and evolutionary algorithms were used for attaining efficient clustering process WSNs. In this paper, Red Deer Simulation Annealing Optimization Algorithm-based Efficient Protocol (RDSAOA-EECP) proposed improving expectancy This protocol global capability red deer algorithm local potential simulation annealing. specific, RDA diversification Simulated (SA) intensification order establish balance between them during sustain stability. RDSAOA-EECP SA search tool prevents phases fighting roaring involved process. Moreover, inherits potentialities properties achieve optimal cluster heads together base station location objective enhancing efficiency.
